Personal Statement:
I began practicing Tai Chi in 2017 to relieve arthritis pain in my knee. After six months of practice, my joint pain disappeared, and I discovered the strength and comfort Tai Chi provides. I feel the harmony and energy that Tai Chi brings to my body in every movement and breath. Tai Chi is more than just a martial art; it is an art of life.

Certifications and Achievements:

2018 - Present: Tai Chi Instructor at Kite Beach for Body Language Health Club, during the Fitness Challenge 30x30

2020: Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword Performer, China Pavilion at the World Expo

2020: Best Award at AQDAR World Summit, China-UAE Cultural Communication

2023: Trained under Master Li Gouqiang in Tai Chi, Taiji sword, Tai Chi ball, and various techniques

2023: Gold Prize and Duanwei Level 3, Longgang Taichi Association (Chen Style) 

2024: Gold medal and Awarded the Chinese Martial Arts International Promotion Ambassador at Quandong wushu Championship

2024: 5 Gold medals, 3 cups at Guoqiang Cup

2024: 3 honorary awards

2019: Instructor of Taichi for all ages and basic Kungfu for kids, with 4 years of experience.

2022 - Present: Taichi Master at Shaolin Kungfu Academy
